CAPITOL CENTRE The Capitol Centre Retail and Leisure Development occupies a prominent 20 acre site fronting the A6 just south of Preston Town Centre. The scheme comprises 130,000 sq ft of non food retail warehouse units where occupiers include, MFI, Focus Do-it-all, Comet and Curry's. The second phase comprised 130,000 sq ft of leisure buildings including a Warner Bros Multiplex Cinema, Allied Leisure Ten Pin Bowling Centre and a 60,000 sq ft two storey Health & Fitness Centre for Virgin Active. The Capitol Centre with a current value of £35 million is funded by the Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Ltd.
